As soon as this complete set of documents are ready, we can submit it to the builders to get a quotation offer.
When the builder is choose, the works start, and the technical architect and design architec works as a team in the supervision on site,during the construction.
The same architects after complition will give you the final certificate of the works, and you can request the licence to live in your new house.
